When something breaks, goes missing or needs a claim, you need the details: what it was, what you paid, the model and serial number, and the receipt. The Recall Vault is a UK-first home inventory app that keeps them together, so you are not searching through drawers and old emails.
Everything about an item, in one place
For each item you can record the brand, product, model and serial number, where and when you bought it, what you paid, and how long the warranty runs.
There are categories for appliances, electronics, tools, furniture, child and vehicle items, and more.
Add things the easy way
Photograph or upload a receipt, take a photo of the product or its rating plate, or type the details in yourself. We read what we can from a receipt or photo, and nothing is saved to your vault until you have looked it over and confirmed it.
Keep the paperwork with it
Attach receipts, photos of the item and its rating plate, and other documents (JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF) to the item itself.
A record to support an insurance claim
On the Plus and Premium plans, your vault works as a digital asset log for insurance: you can print or save a record of everything in it as a PDF. It lists each item’s model, serial number, retailer, purchase date, price and warranty end date, along with the photos you have attached.
It is there to support a claim. Your insurer decides what it needs, so check their requirements.
Share it with someone you trust
On Premium, you can invite one other person to your vault, so someone you trust can get to your documents if something happens to you.
